I bought this fixer upper in 2017 right after Mrs. Shanahan passed, then COVID came and I was left with a. Mortgage that was starting to pile up, the bank showed no interest in helping me save the property with a loan modification so I confined to send in my applications and they continued to deny me. I never was given a fair shot. This has gone on for the last 5 years. Constantly wondering if I’ll be thrown out in the street. My new job was ti save this house that I’ve put every penny I had. The equity has grown almost double which I can see why the bank wants to get it from me. I have an attorney that has reviewed my case and is confident I’ve been a victim of a predatory lender, the retainer is just the problem , im hoping to get some relief here and possblie find a new posstion working with a new family.
