Wednesday, March 18th Christina suffered a stroke after a regular day in her busy life. Upon arriving at the heart hospital, she learned she had an infection around her heart and a vegetation growing. Pieces dislodged and were thrown into her brain causing strokes in two regions of her brain. She’s been in the hospital since on a heart monitor and waiting for the next plan of action. Today we learned she will be transferred to Dallas for heart surgery in the next couple days.
Christina is the hardest worker and the most amazing mom and grandma I know! At this time we are unsure how long she will be out of work. With her 3 daughters and grandbabies at home she’s going to need some help. Beyond that, her family needs to be lifted up in prayer.
