**Justice and Healing for August Borden**
On what should have been just another school day, August Borden, a freshman football player at Deshler High School in Tuscumbia, Alabama, suffered catastrophic, life-threatening injuries outside the front of the school.
His parents were told it was "just a fall" — supposedly down five steps.
But that "fall" left August with:
* **Multiple skull fractures**
* **Broken orbital sockets**
* **A severe concussion**
* **No pulse — he needed CPR on the scene**
* **An emergency airlift to UAB Trauma Center**
And yet, despite the severity of his condition:
* Deshler High claimed there were no cameras in the area
* No investigation was launched until August’s father demanded it
* The school went on to play football that Friday night, as if nothing had happened
The family has been left devastated — not only by August’s injuries but by the silence, the lack of accountability, and the unanswered questions surrounding this incident.
We’re raising funds to:
1. Cover August’s extensive medical expenses
2. Secure legal representation- to ensure a full and transparent investigation
3. Support his long road to recovery
Your donation will help us fight for the truth and support August in his healing journey. No family should be forced to go through this alone.
If you can’t give, please share August’s story. We need awareness. We need support. We need answers .
Thank you for standing with us.
