My family is going through a really tough time right now and really need some help. My stepsons' dad and one of my best friends has been wrongfully accused of a crime he didn't commit and we desperately need an attorney. The court appointed attorney refuses to fight for him. We have found an attorney that has seen the evidence we have proving that he is innocent and the attorney says he can win the case if we can come up with the money to pay him. We are struggling with just paying the bills right now while he is incarcerated. My stepsons are all suffering greatly without their dad and it has affected their health to the point our 18 year old is having to see a heart specialist and may have to have surgery due to the stress and anxiety caused by the false allegations from a family member against his dad. David is an amazing father and a great friend. He lives for his boys and the only thing he is guilty of is loving his kids and family unconditionally. David is the type that would and has helped anyone. Over the years he has also helped his community by volunteering his time, ( Fire dept, Red Cross, etc).
