The TRUTH no longer an Allegory

WHY and WHAT REALLY HAPPENED

"It is the cumulative weight of these experiences – the predatory legal tactics, the relentless harassment, the exploitation of grief and family vulnerabilities, and the failures within the system meant to protect – that compels Cherie and William to share their story.

This is the MOST recent Video

Theirs is not a tale of simple legal maneuvering, but a true account of sustained and deeply personal violation, a testament to the urgent need for greater understanding and protection for vulnerable individuals within the legal system and beyond."

The Unrelenting True Account: The Journey of Cherie and William Winship

Cherie Winship, a woman navigating the world with autism, found herself caught in a legal battle that spiraled into a terrifying invasion of her life.

What began as a dispute over a house, a property gifted to her by her late father through a trust, morphed into a relentless campaign of harassment and manipulation.

Cherie and her husband, William, became targets.

Despite clear communication about Cherie's autism and their desire for a peaceful resolution, an attorney involved in the case refused to cease contact, causing Cherie immense distress.

Their attempts to protect her by hiring legal representation proved futile, leaving Cherie deeply distrustful of the system and unwilling to engage with another lawyer.

The harassment escalated.

William became a target as well, with attempts made to serve him under false pretenses about his mental health.

Even their efforts to recover from storm damage in Florida were disrupted by the opposing parties.

Disturbingly, personal information, including content from William's social media and professional websites, was weaponized against them, twisted to misrepresent their intentions and actions.  The attorney and his helpers used the neighbors to bulley William and Cherie and even sent a process server to scare them off their inherited property who himself took part in the scheme, to try to purswade the Judge to issue a "restraing order" against William taking pictures of him wearing a "Samaratians Purse Shirt" holding up an AX with a scripture verse trying to pretend he was DANGEROUS, an irony.

Their attempt to misuse the law failed that time, yet they kept coming despite learning that Cherie and William are perhaps special needs, and neutodivergent who do not think like they do.

The couple's desire to honor Cherie's father's memory by supporting the Wounded Warrior Project was also met with interference.

Their fundraising efforts were actively sabotaged, causing further emotional distress.

The most egregious incident occurred when Cherie was actually handcuffed by her abuser, accused of trespassing on the very property her father had entrusted to her.

The legal instrument, intended to safeguard spouses from abusive partners, was perversely used against Cherie, completely disregarding the loving and supportive relationship she shared with her father.

Cherie's doctors, her pastor, and William have all strongly advised her to completely cut off contact with these individuals.

They've emphasized the need for firm boundaries to protect her well-being.

Despite these clear directives, the group continues to find ways to encroach upon their lives.

They've even resorted to using a paralegal from their firm to try and befriend William on facebook, and William immediately blocked her.

Additionally, they've sent mutual acquaintances to subtly question or befriend both William and Cherie, causing Cherie to shut her account down several times.

This relentless pursuit has created a sense of constant unease, making them wary of even using their own social media.

It's not a fear rooted in irrationality, but a heightened sense of caution and a desire to safeguard themselves from people who have demonstrated predatory behavior and a willingness to exploit William and Cherie.

While they recognize that explaining the extent of this intrusion can sometimes sound unbelievable to outsiders, their experiences have made this level of vigilance a necessary form of self-preservation.

To compound their distress, this wasn't the first time Cherie had been targeted in such a predatory manner.

Following the sudden death of her mother, who also may have been autistic and was herself being abused, Cherie faced a similar ordeal connected to the same set of "family".

Despite being the executor of her mother's estate, the same group of individuals, utilizing an attorney from the same region of Florida, successfully manipulated the situation to extract the majority of her inheritance. More shocking the gaslighting of the party who "masterminded" the divisive activities told Cherie and William, "I do not want to see the same thing that happened with your mother happen to you again." This just after her father Pete, passed away.

They exploited Cherie's grief and vulnerability, and despite the clear injustice, there was no effective advocacy to protect her.

This past trauma has understandably resurfaced, exacerbating the current crisis.

The relentless stress of these ongoing attacks has taken a significant toll on William's health, with noticeable weight loss, and both Cherie and William have experienced physical illness as a direct result of the immense emotional strain resulting in the need for extensive therapy and resulting in an emergency expenditures to protect their mental health and to protect their relationship, as can imagine the drama associated with the twisted truth of her belated father and his true intentions being distorted and twisted.

In their efforts to cope and maintain their well-being, they have invested heavily in wellness retreats and strategies to stay healthy amidst this turmoil.

Now, with the continued and escalating harassment, they feel compelled to share their story in the hopes of bringing awareness to the kind of predatory behavior they have endured.

Their manipulative tactics even extended to exploiting Cherie's family, particularly her natural mother and father.

Following the sudden passing of Cherie's mother, Cherie's sister experienced a sudden medical event, an aneurysm.

This vulnerable situation was then leveraged by the opposing parties, who attempted to position the sister as a false advocate, pressuring Cherie against her own wishes and creating further emotional turmoil during a time of intense grief.

It became clear that they were willing to use anyone and any circumstance to gain an advantage, showing a complete disregard for the emotional well-being of Cherie and her family.

Adding to their profound frustration and sense of betrayal, Cherie's experience with legal representation only compounded her vulnerability.

After her second attorney was made aware of her diagnosed disability, instead of providing the necessary advocacy, particularly during a crucial health retreat aimed at maintaining her stability, the attorney resigned from the case.

Subsequently, the Judge made the highly precarious decision to require Cherie to advocate for herself in court. This unsafe position left her incredibly vulnerable to further manipulation and misunderstanding.

Ultimately, without apparent consideration for her well-being or her documented challenges, the Judge ruled in favor of the opposing parties, seemingly violating the clear intentions and natural will of Cherie's father to protect her and her inheritance after his death.

This judicial decision only intensified their feelings of injustice and the sense that the very systems meant to protect were failing her.

The same individual who relentlessly pursued Cherie with false accusations also demonstrated a chilling lack of empathy by actively involving the daughter of Cherie's sister – the sister who suffered the aneurysm shortly after their mother's death – to inflict further emotional harm.

This calculated manipulation during a period of intense grief highlights the depth of their willingness to exploit any vulnerability and inflict maximum distress on Cherie and her family.

It underscores a pattern of behavior that goes beyond legal maneuvering and delves into deliberate emotional abuse. It is the cumulative weight of these experiences – the predatory legal tactics, the relentless harassment, the exploitation of grief and family vulnerabilities, and the failures within the system meant to protect – that compels Cherie and William to share their story.

Theirs is not a tale of simple legal maneuvering, but a true account of sustained and deeply personal violation, a testament to the urgent need for greater understanding and protection for vulnerable individuals within the legal system and beyond.

All of which the Winships have reported to Authorities, and will continue to tell their story to advocate for Righeteousness.  This is not a matter of what is "legal" it is a matter of breached ethics and moral kindness.

SADLY this story can be told by many victims to the misuse of power, the manipulation of laws and overreach.

The Story, while written as an Alligory, it contains mostly a true account, others who have experienced this will relate!

The silence wasn't just quiet; it was a crushing weight, pressing down where her father's laughter used to be. It filled the rooms, seeped into the walls, a hollow echo chamber where memories flickered like dying embers. Cherie’s fingers traced the deep grooves in the worn wooden desk – his desk. Here, amidst scattered notes and faded ink, he hadn't just worked; he'd woven dreams for her, painstakingly planned a future he wouldn't see. He was her anchor, her true north in a world that often spun too fast, too loud. Even silenced by death, his love remained, a tangible presence in the inheritance he’d left – not just money, but a promise whispered from beyond: You will be safe. For Cherie, navigating the jagged edges of the world as a neurodivergent woman, that promise was oxygen, a lifeline cast by the person who understood her best.

But the fragile warmth of that promise shattered. A coldness, sharp and unexpected, pierced through her grief. It came not from a stranger, but from family – a face familiar from holidays, a voice that had once joined in laughter now twisted with greed. They saw her mourning, her vulnerability, not as something to shield, but as an opportunity. With a predatory calculation that stole Cherie's breath, they moved to rip the inheritance away, staking a claim born of pure avarice. The betrayal felt like a physical blow, a desecration not just of her father’s meticulous planning, but of his very memory.

Then, the unthinkable: they weaponized her own sister. Dragged into the venomous dispute was Sarah, whose world had been irrevocably altered by a brain aneurysm years prior. Comprehension fractured, easily confused, Sarah became a pawn in their cruel game, her vulnerability twisted into leverage. Watching her sister struggle, lost and distressed by the conflict swirling around her, ignited a pain in Cherie sharper than her own grief. It was a violation layered on violation, an act of breathtaking cruelty against the two people her father had loved most fiercely.

Tears weren't gentle streams; they were hot, ragged sobs of disbelief, grief, and a fury born of profound injustice. The weight of it all – the loss, the betrayal, the fear for her sister – threatened to splinter her into a thousand pieces.

Then, through the fog of despair, she saw him. Her father's face, etched in her memory, his eyes filled not with pity, but with that unwavering, fierce love. He wouldn't have stood for this. He wouldn't have wanted her broken, his legacy smeared, his other daughter tormented. A flicker, then a flame, ignited in the wreckage of her heart. No.

Fueled by a love that defied death and a grief transmuted into righteous anger, Cherie made a choice. She would not crumble. She would fight. For her father. For Sarah. For herself.

But the path ahead was a dark, tangled forest. How could she navigate the labyrinthine legal system, a place demanding a type of communication and processing that felt alien to her neurodivergent mind? The thought alone was paralyzing. She couldn't do it alone. She hired two lawyers – guardians, really – chosen not just for their expertise in estate law, but for their willingness to understand, to truly see her needs.

Standing before the court system felt like stripping herself bare. Explaining her neurodivergence, articulating how it shaped her interaction with the world, requesting accommodations – it was terrifyingly vulnerable. Yet, in that vulnerability, there was power. It was an act of claiming space, demanding to be met where she was.

The battle that followed was a brutal siege on her senses and spirit. Days bled into sleepless nights choked with impenetrable paperwork, tense consultations, and the gnawing terror of losing everything – her security, her father's last promise, her sister's peace. The relentless stress screamed through her system, amplifying sensory sensitivities until the world felt like sandpaper against raw nerves, making focus a Herculean task.

Her lawyers became her translators, her shields, her anchors in the storm. They fought alongside her, unwavering. With every legal blow, every moment her spirit threatened to buckle, Cherie dug deeper, finding reservoirs of strength she hadn't known existed. Her father’s love wasn't just a memory; it was armor. His belief in her became her sword. She pictured his encouraging smile, heard his steady advice echoing in her soul, and pushed onward. The image of her sister, confused and exploited, hardened her resolve into tempered steel.

Slowly, painfully, like a phoenix clawing its way from ashes, Cherie began to rise. Changed. Scarred, yes, but forged in the fire of this agonizing fight. She was no longer just grieving daughter; she was a warrior, defending the sacred ground of her father's love and her sister's dignity. And when the verdict finally came, affirming her rightful inheritance, the relief was less a triumphant shout and more a profound, bone-deep exhale. Justice, hard-won and tear-stained, had prevailed.

Cherie had protected her father’s legacy, shielding it from the grasping hands of greed. She had stood fiercely for her sister, whose vulnerability had been so callously exploited.

But standing there, the battle won, Cherie knew the victory wasn't truly measured in dollars. It was measured in the reclaiming of her own power, in the discovery of a voice she thought had been lost in the cacophony of grief and betrayal. And in that moment, clarity dawned. This inheritance wasn't just a gift; it was a responsibility. A chance to honor her father's generous heart not just by surviving, but by ensuring others, especially those deemed vulnerable, would never have to endure such a fight alone. His legacy wasn't just meant to secure her future, but to seed a better future for others.

And so, Cherie resolved to transform her pain into purpose, using her experience, her victory, and the resources her father left, to light the way for others lost in similar darkness.

It is a promise that even from the deepest wounds, profound purpose can bloom.

The silence after her father's passing was deafening, filled only with the hollow echo of memories. Cherie traced the grain of the worn wooden desk he'd loved, the desk where he'd scribbled notes, dreamed big dreams, and, most importantly, planned for her future. He had always been her rock, her guiding star, and even in death, his love shone through in the form of an inheritance – a promise of security, a tangible expression of his enduring devotion. As a neurodivergent individual, this promise of security was even more crucial, a lifeline in a world that often felt overwhelming and misunderstood.

But the warmth of that promise was soon chilled by a cold, creeping betrayal. A family member, someone Cherie had shared holidays and laughter with, saw only opportunity in her grief. They moved with calculated cruelty, attempting to wrestle the inheritance from her grasp, claiming it as their own. The audacity of their greed stung worse than the loss itself. It felt like a desecration, a violation of her father's memory. Adding insult to injury, they dragged Cherie’s sister into the fray. Her sister, who had suffered a brain aneurysm years ago, struggled with comprehension and found the entire situation deeply confusing and distressing. It was an act of unimaginable cruelty, exploiting her vulnerability to further their selfish agenda.

Tears streamed down Cherie's face, a mixture of grief, disbelief, and a profound sense of injustice. The weight of it all threatened to crush her.

She pictured her father's face, the unwavering love in his eyes, and a flicker of defiance ignited within her. He wouldn't have wanted her to cower, to let his legacy be tarnished by such blatant injustice, especially not by dragging her sister into this mess.

And so, Cherie made a choice. A choice born of love, grief, and an unyielding determination to honor her father's memory. She would fight. But she knew she couldn't do it alone.

Navigating the complex legal system as a neurodivergent individual was daunting. She hired not one, but two lawyers, each with expertise in estate law and a deep understanding of her unique needs.

She also had to inform the court of her neurodivergence, explaining how it impacted her communication and processing abilities, and why accommodations were necessary. It was an act of vulnerability, but also of strength, asserting her right to be heard and understood.

The legal battle that ensued was a grueling ordeal.

Days blurred into nights filled with paperwork, consultations, and the gnawing anxiety that she might lose everything. The stress amplified her sensory sensitivities, making it difficult to focus and communicate effectively.

Her lawyers were instrumental, acting as advocates, translators, and unwavering sources of support. With each setback, Cherie found a strength she never knew she possessed. Her father's love was her shield, his unwavering belief in her her sword.

She thought of his gentle encouragement, his wise advice, and she pushed forward, driven by a profound sense of purpose. The blatant exploitation of her sister Sarah fueled her resolve even further.

Like an Eagle rising from the ashes of her despair, Cherie emerged stronger, more resilient.

The fight, though painful, had forged her into a warrior, a defender of what was right and just. And when, after what felt like an eternity, the court we believe will ruler in her favor.

Cherie protected her father's legacy, not just for herself, but for him and for her sister whose vulnerability had been so cruelly exploited.

But Cherie’s victory isn't about the inheritance. It was about reclaiming her power, about finding her voice amidst the grief and betrayal. And every moment, she knows her journey isn't over.  She realized her inheritance wasn't just about finances; it was about the responsibility to use it wisely, to honor her father's generous spirit by helping others, especially those with disabilities.

So, Cherie decided to use her experience, her victory, and a portion of her inheritance to ensure others wouldn’t suffer the same injustice.

Our Mission:

Guided by Cherie’s spirit and the wisdom of generations past, we strive to cultivate righteousness in the leaders of tomorrow. We believe in equipping them with unwavering truth and integrity, ensuring that our cultural legacy, built on fairness and justice, endures. We are committed to supporting and empowering vulnerable individuals, particularly those with disabilities, to navigate the legal system and protect their rights.

We envision communities thriving in health and wellness, where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential. By bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern challenges, we empower individuals to navigate the complexities of the present with strength, compassion, and a deep understanding of what is right. We are committed to creating a world where neurodiversity is celebrated, where vulnerability is met with compassion, and where justice is accessible to all.

Together, we can build a future where injustice is challenged, the rights of the vulnerable are protected, and the love of those who came before us continues to guide us forward. Cherie’s story is not just hers; it’s a testament to the enduring power of love, resilience, the unwavering pursuit of justice, and the importance of protecting those who are most vulnerable in our society. It is a reminder that even in the face of profound loss and exploitation, we can rise, we can fight, and we can create a world where the wishes of our loved ones are honored and their legacy lives on.

We will do this through "practical learning environments" The experiences will occur at various locations known as "Relational Equity Base Camps." Each boot camp will be custom-tailored to the need and location.

PRACTICAL and TANGIBLE

Cherie has inherited a home that her father had placed in a trust. She intends to use the property to raise awareness and promote healing for those affected by broken families and misunderstandings. Cherie aims to create a new family that provides genuine hope and support. Her main objective is to expand her father's legacy and honor his memory.

Cherie had a challenging childhood where she was misunderstood; she has since learned that her unique and creative way of thinking is a Gift.

Cherie and William share that aspect; their family could not understand either of them as children.  Their natural family was toxic to them.

After understanding their predicament, William reassured Cherie that God could bring her a new loving family even if they weren't biologically related.

The proverb "Blood is Thicker than Water" often highlights the significance of family relationships over other types of connections. It conveys that the bond between family members is more robust and essential than other relationships. However, it's important to note that the original phrase is "the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb," which means the opposite.

The idea that family may not be by blood emphasizes the strength of chosen relationships over those determined by birth. The point is that we often spend too much time trying to gain the approval of a dysfunctional family when God has a new family of mature people who will love you and influence you to do great things.

A Haven for Healing and Growth

Imagine a place filled with heartfelt laughter, joyful tears, and eye-opening insights, where countless lives are touched and transformed. This is the vibrant atmosphere we aim to create, and your generous contribution can make it a reality. Embark with us on a heartfelt, inspiring, and enlightening adventure. Together, we can make a difference in numerous lives through your kindhearted support. Join us and be part of this beautiful journey to change the world!

Shortly, Cherie and William plan to attend a writer's conference sponsored by Bob Goff, a New York Times bestselling author who has written several Christ-centered books, such as Love Does.

In addition, William is an Author and has written "The Golden Gumball."

"The Golden Gumball" is a unique blend of a true story and a fictional children's book, which aims to provide hope for individuals who have experienced childhood wounds. It inspires everyone to overcome any negative childhood memories that may have prevented them from achieving their goals and living a life of higher accomplishments.

William & Cherie Winship
William & Cherie Winship

Friends and Supporters,

I wanted to reach out and give you a real-time update on the battle we are fighting. As many of you know, this journey has been incredibly taxing—physically, financially, and emotionally. I have faced the loss of my F150 truck and have had to live out of my trailer for a season, but my resolve to protect my family has never been stronger.

The Nature of the Fight

Currently, we are navigating a complex legal situation in Florida. We have alerted the State Attorney to the "lawfare" tactics being used against my wife, who is autistic, and her sister, who is recovering from a brain aneurysm. It has become clear that there is a targeted effort to remove me, as a husband, from the equation so that others can take advantage of those I am called to protect.

In response, I have:

• Entered a Counter-Claim: To legally shield my wife and her sister from further damage.

• Filed a Lis Pendens: To protect the property my wife is responsible for administering and to ensure her fiduciary duties are no longer ignored.

• Sought New Representation: I am actively searching for a law firm that can stand with us in this specific, high-stakes interest.

A Heart for Restoration

This battle has caused a painful separation from my wife, but I am fighting for a full reconciliation. My goal is to ensure she is no longer being damaged by those who seek to exploit her vulnerability. Even our efforts to honor Gerald with a memorial and our fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project have been disrupted, but we will not be silenced.

Gratitude and Vision

I am profoundly grateful for the support that has sustained me. To my friend Glenn and all of you who have donated and prayed—thank you. Your support is the fuel that keeps this fight going.

Ultimately, I am doing this for a purpose that goes beyond a courtroom. I am fighting for righteousness. I am trusting the Lord with every step, knowing that when the dust settles, the victory will belong to my wife and my family. My prayer is that this journey, though paved with hardship, will glorify God at the end of the day.

Thank you for standing with us. I will keep you updated as the architect of this defense continues to build the path toward justice.

📢 ATTENTION: CHRISTIAN MEN—Your Passivity is Costing Us the Nation!

The stunning truth from New York and the subsequent victories of those contrary to the Word of God should be a moment of shame that drives us to action. Why are we losing ground? Because the men called to be the pillars of our homes and communities have become passive.

The collective failure of Christian men to rise to their God-given role of active, righteous leadership has created a vacuum.

🚫 The Scriptural Crisis of Manhood
The King James Version Bible is clear: our faith requires active courage from men. When Christian men step down, Christian women are compelled to step up to fill the void—a dynamic that is not even scriptural for the moment we are in.

• 1 Corinthians 16:13 (KJV): "Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong." This is a direct command to Christian men to be courageous, strong, and engaged. Quit being passive!

• While women's participation is vital, the current necessity of women taking the lead in the civic and cultural fight is a damning indictment of men's dereliction of duty. Men, we are called to be the active, sacrificial heads—the leaders of conviction and courage.

I am on the ground in Florida, fighting for righteousness. I am standing, and I am not backing down. Charlie Kirk stood up and got shot. The cost of standing is high, but the cost of passivity is the soul of our nation!

🛡️ Florida, Stand Up and Lead!
To the Christian men of Florida and across the nation: The time for excuses is over! Your duty to lead cannot be delegated. They are taking a stand because you have not. Where are the real men in this country?
Stand up for your families. Stand up for your principles. Stand up for the victory that is ours in Christ!

🏠 ACT NOW: Support the Ministry of Biblical Manhood and Womanhood!
I have established a ministry operating out of my father's house to address this very problem. This is a place dedicated to:

A Fight for Justice: The Winship Family's Story

A Promise Broken, A Nightmare Begun

Imagine receiving a lawsuit, a document that threatens to unravel your life, only to be told it was all a "mistake." For William and Cherie Winship, that confusing and alarming moment was just the beginning of a relentless legal and emotional siege. An attorney, Christopher Anderson, and his firm, Gilligan, Anderson & Phelan, P.A., assured them the lawsuit was an error, filed incorrectly by a paralegal, and would be immediately withdrawn. The Winships, taking them at their word, felt a wave of relief. But that relief was short-lived. The promise was a lie.

The retraction never came. Instead, that "mistake" became the opening salvo in what the Winships describe as a calculated campaign designed to crush them financially and emotionally. This wasn't a simple legal dispute; it was a battle for their home, their peace of mind, and their faith in the justice system.

Weaponizing the Law Against the Vulnerable

The situation quickly spiraled. The Winships were forced to hire their own legal counsel, but the first attorney, recognizing the baseless nature of the claim, refused to engage. A second attorney took the case but abruptly resigned upon learning that Cherie Winship is autistic, leaving her to face the complexities of the legal system alone. The court, instead of providing support, ordered Cherie to represent herself, stripping away her boundaries and civil rights in a process that felt designed to be as confusing and intimidating as possible.

The cruelty of this legal battle reached a terrifying peak during a severe storm in Brooksville, Florida. While William and Cherie were volunteering with the disaster relief organization Samaritan's Purse, helping their neighbors in a time of crisis, Attorney Anderson dispatched a process server to their home. The server attempted to paint William as a "threat to the community," a baseless accusation that, when combined with the actions of a hostile neighbor allegedly collaborating with the attorney, sent a shockwave of fear through their lives. Cherie was so terrified that she fled her own home in the middle of the night. This was a direct and intentional infliction of emotional distress on a person they knew was uniquely vulnerable.

A Conspiracy to Steal an Inheritance

At the heart of this legal battle is a scheme to defy the last wishes of Cherie's father, Gerald. The lawsuit, initiated by an individual named Lola Johnson, appears to be a coordinated effort with a family member to seize the home that was rightfully willed to Cherie.

The tactics employed have been ruthless. Attorney Anderson knowingly named Cherie’s sister, Christine Clark, in the lawsuit, despite being fully aware that Christine has a severe brain aneurysm and is completely unable to represent herself. This act of legal predation against an incapacitated person was a calculated move to manipulate the court proceedings.

The Winships presented Attorney Anderson with evidence of elder abuse and financial exploitation that Cherie’s father had suffered. They showed how an individual had taken advantage of an elderly man's kindness, yet this evidence was willfully ignored. The goal was clear: to seize an inheritance, no matter the moral cost.

Abuse of Power and a System that Fails to Protect

The injustice has extended beyond the courtroom. In a shocking abuse of power, Lola Johnson called the Hernando County Police and attempted to have Cherie arrested for trespassing when she tried to enter the property she legally owned to inventory items for an estate sale. Cherie and William were placed in handcuffs by an officer whose conduct was later reprimanded by a superior. To make matters worse, a video of the incident recorded by William mysteriously vanished from his phone after it was returned by the police, suggesting a deliberate cover-up. During this time, valuable personal property belonging to the Winships was stolen from the home.

Their faith in the system has been shattered at every level. The presiding judge silenced William in court, refused to provide any accommodations for Cherie’s autism, and ultimately ruled that the property belonged to someone other than the person named on the deed of an irrevocable trust. The Florida Bar, the very body meant to hold attorneys accountable, has failed to act.

This local struggle has unveiled what the Winships see as a deeper, systemic corruption. The senior partner at Christopher Anderson's firm has refused to even speak with them, all while allegedly operating two law firms with a significant conflict of interest—one representing the City of Ocala and the other representing contractors who do business with the city.

A Call for Justice and Accountability

The Winships are not just fighting for a house. They are fighting for the principle that the law should protect the innocent and the vulnerable, not be used as a weapon to enrich the deceitful. They are standing up to a system that they believe has failed them and has been manipulated for personal gain.

While they hold onto their capacity for forgiveness, they are unwavering in their demand for accountability. They are seeking full restitution for the financial and emotional devastation they have endured. Their story is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit in the face of profound injustice. Now, they are asking for your help to continue their fight, to shine a light on this corruption, and to ensure that righteousness prevails. Your support can help them restore not only their own lives but also faith in the promise of justice for all.

Book Description:

"Author & Finisher: The Science of Marriage - Conclusive Christianity" is a comprehensive guide to building a thriving, Christ-centered marriage. Authored by William D. Winship, the book presents a unique framework called "Portacle," an acronym for the foundational virtues of Passion, Trust, and Character. Winship posits that when these virtues are intentionally cultivated, they manifest as being Loving, Gentle, and Kind, forming the essential fabric of a healthy marital bond.

Drawing wisdom from Psalms 23, 91, and 145, the book explores the individual and complementary roles of the husband and wife, culminating in the indispensable truth that Christ is the central, third cord in the marital union. Beyond theological exploration, "Author & Finisher" offers a practical 21-day journey and devotional to help couples apply these principles. The book expands its scope to envision how the principles of a healthy marriage can serve as a microcosm for divine governance in the broader community and society.

Our Mission:

Born from Cherie's fire and guided by the enduring light of her father's love, we are dedicated to shielding the vulnerable and championing justice. We believe in fostering leaders grounded in integrity and communities where compassion outweighs cruelty. By honoring the wisdom of fairness passed down through generations, while meeting the complex challenges of today, we work to create a world where neurodiversity is embraced, vulnerability is met with fierce protection, and justice is not a privilege, but a fundamental right accessible to all.

Join us. Help us build a future where no one fights alone, where legacies of love are honored, and where the vulnerable are not just seen, but fiercely defended. Cherie’s story is a testament to the enduring strength of the human spirit, the unyielding power of love against greed, and the sacred duty to protect those society too often overlooks.

1. Helping Men learn how to stand up and assume their biblical role as leaders.
2. Helping Women understand their role in society, particularly to support their husband in the greater mission and not be divisive.

We need your help to continue this crucial work of restoring biblical order and courage in our nation.

Please prayerfully consider supporting our fundraiser today. The link is at the very top of my Facebook page!
