UPDATE: now have $75 to my name due to apartments charging for more utilities this month. Been doing job apps around the clock with no luck, running out of ideas.
Lost our jobs 5 months ago, took awhile to have a job hire one of us and have been using those paychecks to pay off credit card bills for one of our daughters braces and a storage unit. We had renters assistance during that time and had saved up almost 2 months worth of rent so we'd back on our feet. Our apartments decided to be sneaky and charge us an extra $500 this month on top of our $1400 rent. I needed that $500 to put towards the credit card and next month's rent. Now I'm panicking and also $400 behind on our car payment. Taking care of 2 kids in this world has been so expensive that we're barely getting by as it is until a new job wants to call us back for better income. I just need anyone's help in that extra $500, I know it's just as hard for everyone else but anything helps us keep our house.
