Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am the owner and groomer for Phil N. Goode’s Neat Cat Services Ltd. Co. It is the successor to the popular Catnip Inn/The Cat’s Pajamas of Houston, where we board and groom cats (among other things!)

At the start of May, my former boss, Miss Deb, asked me to take her nine cats until such a time as she was well enough to care for them again, or I could find them new, loving homes. She verbally promised me $300/month, regular shipments of food and litter, plus the money from selling her car back to the dealership to provide for them, however, she unfortunately passed away before she was able to complete more than the first payment of $300 and shipment of food and litter and her husband will not honor the agreement and send me anything.

To make matters worse, it turns out that they all have rancid diarrhea. I have tried improving their diet, probiotics, fiber, and dewormer, and there has been SOME improvement in some of them, but most of them are still struggling with it. I suspect coccidia or Giardia. I have already spent hundreds of dollars on these cats and I am putting myself and my business in the red, so I am really in need of some help.

My goal is to be able to continue fostering the cats, get all their vaccines, get them healthy, and into rescue programs that can help me network and vet potential adopters so that they can live the rest of their lives in loving homes.

I am estimating their cost of care by Pet Express prices

$9 exam

$45 vaccines and deworming

$30 fecal float

$35 combo tests

so $119 x 7 = $833

another $280 for an intake fee (if necessary and based off of CAP)

and then rounded up another $887 to $2000 in case they need any ongoing medical care to cure them of their diarrhea and/or other issues.

I also have this Amazon list of supplies that I regularly need, which is mainly for convenience! Other vendors such as Tractor Supply Company sell these things much cheaper, so feel free to send similar products from anywhere!

The business address is

Thank you all so much for your help and advice, and even your shares and well wishes! It is all so deeply appreciated! These are a sweet, funny, and clever group of cats and it means a lot to me that we can do right by them!
