My daughter and I had our electric shut off, due to a high balance the total is 5,000.00. The electric company Jcp&L said they will turn it on for 1,500.00. The house is a ice box. Whatever money I make goes to feeding Serena and I, we have no working refrigerator or stove the food in the fridge had to be thrown out, food pantries offered a bag that had Mac and cheese in it. Please help get my electric turned on. I can keep up with the payments if we had the electric. Thank you.
