I am a 27 yr old disabled nonbinary Lumbee person in need of Top surgery. I not only need this for gender affirmation, but also for my physical health. I have always had a large chest and in recent years its become out of control. I am now a 38 J cup. I have Fibromyalgia and with this added weight on my chest I am in constant pain. It prohibts me from doing activities I once enjoyed as well as causing intense gender dysphoria. I am currently asking for the amount I will need to pay for the consultation and put down a deposit to guarantee the quote I will recieve. The surgeoun I have found will allow me to make payments for the cost after securing my quoted price. Despite my medical need for this I have consistently been unable to secure insurance coverage for this procedure so will have to pay for the whole procedure out of pocket.
