Our boy Rocky is struggling. Our local vet has been working hard to save his life for more than two weeks with IV antibiotics and flushing infection from his chest cavity with surgically placed chest tubes. He may need to transfer to more intensive care in SLC.
He is a great cat. I feel like I cursed him by calling him my favorite, because favorites tend to be taken young. He turns two on the 4th of July. He came to our home last November, as his first owner had difficulty with his stress and urinating around the house. We’ve never had an issue with him. He found peace, companionship and family in our home.
He is part of my in-home therapy private practice. He meets my clients at eye level to greet them and say goodbye at our front door.
He’s a great cat.
I want to give him the chance for a long, healthy life. $3000 is a small portion of what the overall bill will be - but I’d appreciate any help.
