Hi my name is Katelyn Pecina. I am a life-long resident of Bolingbrook IL. I’m an 8th grade honor student, a member of the marching band, an NJHS member, an All American scholar (1st team National level for 3 years) and a student athlete. I have represented Bolingbrook at 3 little scholar banquets and I am currently in the BPD guide for gymnastics. Since I was 6 years old I have cheered for Pop Warner, this is my final year with Pop Warner as next year I am cheering for Bolingbrook High School. I absolutely love cheerleading. This year I moved to a new team which had been fundraising for a couple years already for our National competition. Since I was new this year I am short on my fundraising goal. I am in need of an additional $1500 to meet my goal of getting my trip covered. We are traveling to Orlando Dec. 6- Dec.10th for the competition at the Orange County Convention Center. Can you help me by donating to my travel fund, any amount would be greatly appreciated. I am learning so many new skills this year that I look forward to bringing back with me to the BHS cheer squad. We are competing at the highest level Pop Warner has a level 4. I’m sad that this is my final Pop Warner experience but excited to share my knowledge with the BHS cheer team.
