Help Montgomery Fam Sec A Reliable 🚗 For Dr App & Job Sec!

I was hospitalized in 2024 with several bouts of severe pancreatitis. It quickly turned into plural effusion and sepsis and I was hospitalized for a month and a half with 3 chest tubes. It was caused by a birth defect I didn't know I had called pancreas divism i also suffer with POTs postural orthostatic tachycardia that causes severe hot flushes bad tachycardia and fainting blood pooling in my legs amoung other symptoms. I now have alot of problems and constant pancreatic pain. We have one vehicle that barely works it constantly misfires and has stranded us on several occasions I have many drs appointments I need to attend to get better I have all the signs of chronic pancreatitis but my doctor is in little rock and the car we currently have will barely make it too and from my husband's job that he will lose if the car we do have breaks down. I have been unable to make it to so many appointments I don't want to ask for help but we need a miracle truly I have looked into grants everything I can and there's nothing. I just want to be able to have a chance to get better and get back on my feet! Get my family in a better situation i know 20,000 is alot but we would be forever greatful for whatever help we can get.
