Two Brothers, ages 58 & 60, Graduates of Farragut High School ⚓️, Knoxville, TN (1981 & 1984) are Homeless Due to the Actions of a Greedy Landlord Who Raised Their Rent 42% Last December 2022 as a Result of Post Covid Housing Conditions Soon After the Death of their 91 year old Father. Kenny (R in photo) has been Affected by a Bout with Cancer, 21 Broken Bones in the Past Few Years (Undiagnosed Osteoporosis), Including a Broken Neck, Shattered Left Leg, & 3 Spine Fractures, the Last Resulting in Paralysis from the Waist Down & Ending His Career as an RN. Formerly, He Was Member of The Clayton Homes Family as General Manager in the Retail Divison where He Spent almost 15 Years, Having Been Recruited into the Company's Mortgage Arm, Vanderbilt Mortgage, Immediately After Obtaining His B.S. in Applied Organizational Management from Tusculum College in 1990. He Still Holds a Deep Love ❤️ for the Clayton Homes Family & ALL of the Dear People He Worked With There. Kenny States His Greatest Achievement was the Love ❤️ He Developed for Helping People both at His Career at Clayton Homes & as an RN. Terry(L in photo) has Battled Anxiety since High School, Diabetes, & Kidney Failure with Recent Kidney Surgery 2 Months Ago. Terry is Truly a Prince of a Man, Shown by His Commitment as His Father's Caregiver (Due to Alzheimer's Disease the Last 3 Years of His Life). Both, Now Stabilized are Trying to Find a Lot & Modest Manufactured Home 🏡 to Start Over Together & a Place to Call Home. They do have a Mortgage Approval. Donations are Requested for Down Payment Capital & to Pay for Ammenities Such as Utilities, Driveway, Foundation, and the Like. Every Donation Will Be Dedicated to These Costs Solely & Will Be GREATLY APPRECIATED BY THESE BROTHERS & WILL POSITIVELY CHANGE THEIR LIVES & IT'S QUALITY FOREVER!
