My name is Oscar. I started working at the age of 12 years old. My passion has always been caring for the community, family and friends.
I was fortune enough to start working for a small family own Italian restaurant in salem ma. After working there for a decade I developed an unwavering passion for the restaurant industry. I had the opportunity to meet so many people and make long lasting memories. I always served there wholeheartedly.
When i left the Grapevine i was introduced to the Antique Table Restaurant. I have spent my last 13 years affiliated with this company. I do it all from managing the operation to cleaning. Customers admire my passion and very often mention i should open my own restaurant.
Opening my own restaurant has been my passion, but the time has never been right.
Now that i’m 41 i feel that my opportunity is now or never and i want to create the best restaurant in my local town- one that is welcoming, enchanting and embracing.
