Hey guys! I’ve found myself unexpectedly in the hospital, with a perforated stomach. I have quite a bit of recovery and more procedures through the next few months. Admittedly this has been a chronic issue for years that has hindered me from finding a reliable source of income, but hopefully I will be on the road to getting fixed soon now that we know what’s wrong.
As most of you know, Rich is the sole provider for our family, and he does not get paid time off, or family medical leave as a tattoo artist. He has been out of work for 5 days now taking care of our child, as we also have no extended family, and I still have not been discharged. If tattoos don’t get done, we don’t get to eat unfortunately.
I’ve never asked for charity like this, but as the sole caretaker of our child, and our home, I feel quite helpless right now, as everyone is taking care of me, and we still have to pay our bills.
Rich would usually ask for everyone to come get tattooed or buy a machine at a time like this, but he has a lot to juggle, more than ever now. We just want to be able to make it through this difficult time- but don’t worry we are still smiling, we are still blessed with life. We appreciate and love everyone who has checked in and sent love.
