Our mom, Evelyn, has been bravely fighting breast cancer, and we are incredibly proud of the strength she has shown every single day. She has already completed 8 chemotherapy treatments, with 4 more still to go, followed by surgery and then radiation. While she has come so far, there is still a long road ahead.
Between mounding hospital bills, ongoing treatments, and medical expenses that continue to grow, the financial strain has become overwhelming. At the same time, our dad has not been able to work as much as he normally does so he can be present and help care for her during treatments.
Our mom has always been the one who put everyone else first. She is the heart of our family. Now, we are asking for help so our parents can focus on healing and being together, without the constant worry of how they will manage these expenses.
