Mrs. Parker has always treated me and every student she has worked with like family. She is going to be missed terribly when she retires and is no longer a friendly face at CES. With her upcoming retirement and big move to California, I would love to give her a heartfelt send-off, a chance for one last adventure in Georgia. A day trip to Pine Mountain to visit Wild Animal Safari Park and Callaway Gardens. She has shared her Ga bucket list with me and this is a big one on her list.
I imagine her riding through the safari park, laughing, petting and feeding animals as they stretch their necks into the van. Visiting Callaway Gardens, she will be surrounded by vibrant blossoms, relaxing among the butterflies and trails. For someone who has given so much of herself to others, this would be an amazing way to show our gratitude and love. I know how much it would mean to her that her loved ones came together to help create such an awesome adventurous day for her!
