Tiffany is facing multiple charges after an incident in Fairless Hills, PA. Police accuse her of discharging a weapon during a verbal altercation about their children with her former spouse. Her former spouse took her legally possessed firearm out of her car, ran off with the weapon and discharged the weapon. She subsequently filed a false report with police, later recanted her statement, but now fears the consequences of her accusations.
Despite the fact no one was injured, police insist the complainant was in fear for their life and the courts have set Tiffany’s bond at $200,000.00. She is now facing attempted murder charges.
