Hi my name is Trisha and I'm a mother of two amazing kids . My son is 10 and my daughter is 8 .  We just found out today that my landlord wants to sell my house under me while I'm still Living here .  He wants $75,000 for this home .   I have asked and begged him to let me put some money down so I can buy it rent to own but he says he is to old and doesn't want to wait years for me to pay it off . He wants the money up front . I don't know where to go or what to do . My kids and I will be homeless due to there is nothing available due to COVID . I would really love to buy this house so me and my kids don't have to be forced to move and struggle to find a home . I literally have no where to go . If you can find it in your heart to already donate a dollar I would greatly appreciate it . Even if I don't reach the total amount he wants it would still give me hope and time to find another place with whatever money I can come up with . Times are hard and I don't make but $300 a week . I have $4,000 I can put down at the moment but he wants all cash up front . I'm so upset i don't know what to do .  I don't ever ask for help but this time I'm having to reach out and hope for the best . I don't want to be homeless . If he sells it before I can reach the asking price I will have to find a camper to live in until I can get back on my feet . This is so devasting andso hurtful .
