Help Nova Recover from a Devastating Fall
Hi everyone, my name is Nova. This past Friday night, a simple walk back from the store took an unexpected and devastating turn. I took a hard fall and ended up breaking my collarbone. Worse yet, there is a very real, terrifying possibility that the impact ripped out the plates from a previous, major surgery on my shoulder.
My livelihood and my passions completely revolve around being able to use my hands and arms. Running my 3D printing and toy retail shop here in La Porte requires constant lifting, packing, tinkering, and maintenance. Right now, being sidelined with this severe shoulder injury means I am physically unable to operate my business at full capacity, fulfill orders, or even enjoy my favorite hobbies.
I am facing a long, painful, and expensive road to recovery, which may include more surgery to repair the damaged plates. I am setting up this fund to help cover the mounting medical bills, physical therapy, and to help keep the lights on while I am unable to work.
