Hello, my name is Everette Bouchelle. I had neck surgery in April 2019 and I had shoulder surgery in November 2023. when I had neck surgery C5-C6 and come to find out it was a unnecessary, apparently the doctor did not do something right and it was a failed surgery. After the surgery, I ended up losing all of my bottom teeth near about the front is a bridge. I have never done drugs and right after my surgery I was attacked by my aunts boyfriend for no reason and he made it so much worse where I’m completely out of work it’s so expensive to just eat. I don’t own a car a cell phone. I can’t go to the dentist. I’m uncomfortable all the time I can’t help my wife do anything hardly because my neck bothers me so bad. I just really need some help getting back on my feet. Any little bit would help. This is unbearable my wife is a waitress. She tries to do the best she can until I can get better.
