** Celebration of Life for Sean and Kathy Fogarty **

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of

Sean Fogarty on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 and

Kathy Fogarty on Monday, October 10, 2022

I never expected to see my best friend go through one of the hardest losses not once but twice. Her parents were her rock and best friends. Having her mother pass in October 2022 really left Kierra and Her Father Sean with heavy hearts and emotionally numb . Noone would ever think two months later Kierra would have another devastation by losing her Father Sean. Kierra being the only child born and raised between Kathy and Sean made for a very hearty fulfilling life lived. Sean Fogarty worked so hard for his family and made the true definition of what a real man and father does for his family to provide and protect. After the passing of both of these beautiful peoples souls everything had become dark and lonely. The distant family that only came around to feed their own greed. Kierra grew up and was raised in the home her own family stole out from under her because she had no fight left and no finances to stand up and have a lawyer fight with her and for her rights. Without a will made for either parent the state specific law lists their child Kierra next in line for inheritance of her parents belongings and home. In a matter of days she was forced out of her parents home without closure. The greed of family took over and forced Kierra to become homeless, lost, without anyone she could trust or rely on, and no one to console her in a time of crisis. Close family and friends who had plenty of wealth and power to control and make legal choices for Kierra without notice and had "legally" stole her parents entire life, belongings, and memories in the only home she knew and grew up in. Kierra was stripped and denied of her rights to have those memories live on through her and her future family and children. Greed took the family in multiple arguments, not respecting any wishes and feeling privileged to take matters in their own hands and decide what the laws stated. Without a will in hand they abused the power they had to take it all away. Kierra was left alone, homeless,no money after paying for the funeral and cremations. There were a very large following and condolences from the community who genuinely loved Sean and Kathy. A major portion of family and friends left cards and donations to help with the bills and finances left behind. The same family that had taken the home and the belongings inside of it and took all the sorry for your loss moneys, checks, and gifts donated to the financial hardship due to their deaths. They took away the home with all the memories, the ability to find closure and have that moment to say good bye. They cleaned the whole house out along with all of Kierra's personal belongings with no regard for Kierra. She suffered a very deep and horrific loss both emotionally and financially. This is when they found the perfect time to abuse the power their comfortable income provides. Hurtfully threatening Kierra saying she will not be given her fair opportunity to the possessions. With no money,no home, and no family, where could she get any advise without money to seek a lawyer to help her navigate where to start and the truth. Many "so called" family members stripped her of a true authentic grieving process to say good bye and closure to heal from such a huge loss. She not only lost her parents but she lost everything that reminds her of them. There is no replacing her mom, dad, family home they lived in and worked so hard to pay off the family home and set up the next generation for success. The whole house of memories with the belongings they leave behind is still in a unspecified location. It's as of Kierra died too. I am hoping to raise enough money to obtain legal services and assistance to fight what should have been "her time" to say good bye, find closure, and know that the home they all lived in can comfort Kierra in those dark times as she moves forward from such a traumatic line of events. Imagine not being able to say goodbye to your parents... It's a really hurtful and empty feeling right? Everything that reminds her of the past and find closure was taken the moment they changed those locks and advised she is not welcome in her own home where she grew up. She needs to be able to sit in their room.  Remember the smell of her parents and the sounds that are filled with silence. Calling their phones just to hear their voice on the voicemail or saved voicemails you won't allow yourself to erase. It's a very empty place to be and any person with basic common sense and emotions would read this and think that she truly does deserve a fair opportunity to gain the memories of her parents and all the little things around the home that makes it even more special, priceless, and erreplaceable. They are truly missed and deeply loved! Thank you for taking the time to know someone else's struggles.
