Living in Burleson, Texas, I’ve always felt a close connection to my community, especially to the incredible young folks in the local FFA program. To support their efforts, I’m working on a project that combines my love for helping others with some good old-fashioned entrepreneurial spirit.
I’ve started a small venture making lemonade and mini pancakes, aiming to raise money for a unique trailer conversion that can be used to transport and sell these treats at local events and markets. My goal is to hit $7,000, which will allow me to build a welcoming and functional setup. The idea is not just to make delicious snacks but to use the proceeds to buy feed and supplies for the FFA kids and their projects.
Every step of this journey helps me feel more connected. I’m learning so much, from planning the best recipes to finding the perfect spots around town to set up.
