Courtyards at Madison Ranch homeowners:
It costs $500 to file the grievance petition with the AZ Department of Real Estate to get some oversight on our HOA. Please contribute to help file this petition to either get our money back from charges for a clubhouse and equipment fees that never existed and get the clubhouse built or all the rubble torn down so our kids can play safely in the community.
If this matter is able to be resolved prior to the petition being filed, 100% of your donation will be refunded to you.
