Help Me Heal: Urgent Surgery After Injury

Close to a year ago I broke my leg working for Boonville Hardware. I got a bundle of one by 4 x 16 open and they fell over and pinned me from waste back and broke my leg. I heard me to the emergency room x-rayed my leg first the doctor said when he come in and looked at me you need a knee replacement but that’s not gonna get paid for because you got arthritis in your knee and that’s gonna be a pre-existing properly. Well I had a broken bone hundred they focused on the broken ball Blade my knee arthritis be telling him the whole time something is wrong. Finally got an MRI done in January. Sure enough to CL or something back. Gotta have surgery again for the second time I completely broke the first time trying to live off Work Comp about to lose my house my truck everything off that could anybody please help I just need to get my surgery. Get well and get back on my feet so I can work thank you very much.
