Kara Delozier was murdered July 24, 2019. Her body was found in her burning car at El Manto Clay Banks. She was already dead when her car was found. They were very vicious when they murdered her. She was murdered at another location, and they tried to burn what was left of her. People know who did this, yet no one has enough loyalty to Kara's memory to bring her memory to rest.
