Shawn has been in jail for about 400 days, and has now been transfeered to a state assisted living facility where he should have been in the first place. Guards were starving him and inadequately administering his prescribed medication. Christy, his mother, reported Shawn is being held in solitary confinement and is in extreme distress, banging his head against the concrete wall and retreating to his own world. Christy suspects her son has was “drugged up” and kept in isolation to manage his behavior.
Christy is happy to be able to visit Shaun but now needs financial assistance to support herself and her son.
