Help Fix My Car & Keep Food On The Table

I need to replace my water pump, timing belt, and other things on my car. The appointment is scheduled for Sept 1st and won't be ready until the 2nd. If I save every dollar I can afford it. But id love to be able to afford things like groceries as well.
