First, I want to thank you in advance for your contribution big or small. Any amount will be a blessing. My Name is Shartia Caldwell known as Coach Tia. I’m the CEO of Above Rubies Dance Corporation. I started this Journey 10 years ago not knowing that I would be mentoring and guiding young female from the ages of 5-19yrs looking to be a part of something productive and fulfilling in life.
This team allowed me to develop their character and show them that dancing is a great way to express themselves and live and have a fun productive life trouble free.
However We are going on a dance trip to "Dance The World Broadway" in New York City to perform on Broadway and Times Square. It's a two night stay. We are Raising up $12,000 for transportation, Hotel, and also food cost. This opportunity will mean so much to them. I want to guide more young teenagers to go after their dreams and goals.
Through the years Above Rubies Dance Team has performed for Miami Heat Prime Time, Former NBA Basketball Player, Keyon Dooling Respect Tour, Juneteenth and many other Community events traveling through the Tri-County Area and offers for Out-of-State Performances and Give Back to the Homeless on Sundays.
