Every week I make bread for my immediate and extended family and friends. I have been using a stand mixer as I am unable to knead the dough by hand for that many loaves. This morning mid process my mixer died. This week I'll not be making more that the couple loaves that I had to finish by hand. I am hoping to be able to get a new mixer and maybe even upgrade to be able to do more.
