30 Years, A Dream in Leather: My First Birkin
Hi! I’m Tatiana Jaramillo, and I just turned 30. Since I was 25, I set myself a very clear and symbolic goal: to buy a Hermès Birkin bag by the time I turned 30.
To some, it may sound superficial—but to me, it represents a personal celebration of effort, independence, emotional growth, and self-love.
I turned 30 two months ago… but life (and its priorities) made me put that dream on hold.
Not because I didn’t want it anymore, but because I’ve been focused on other meaningful commitments—personal growth, life projects, and most importantly, the arrival of my beautiful and most precious baby, who has needed all of me.
Today, I’m choosing to share this dream with the world:
I’m asking for help to fulfill this wish—not out of necessity, but as a symbolic gift to honor these years of transformation.
