For those of you who know me it wont come as a surprise that i am an artist, and I love to travel. Ive back packed in south America and when I returned I wanted to continue the nomadic lifestyle! I bought a van and converted it into an RV with solar panels a bed, kitchen and furnace! (Stay tuned for the mini tour). Ive lived in my van for about 5 years total and have been super fortunate the entire time having great experiences, meeting new friends and adventuring with family and people I love.
Recently the tides turned for me when I found my van was broken into and someone decided it would be in their best interest to take all of my valuables, electronics and completely ransack my home. Coupled with a few big losses in my family the new year was not starting off great for me.
All that being said, life tends to show you beautiful things in dark ways. And fortunately I was able to get through it with tender support and love from my friends and family! I am very lucky.
Replacing and repairing those things on the other hand was very difficult and costly. I spent the month rebuilding, replacing and recentering. Dealing with detroit police and detectives to try and find the people who did this so they cant do it to anyone else. . . .
I didnt have any luck finding any of my items, save 1 speaker at a pawn shop, of which I had to BUY BACK! I could not believe it.
I am building this page to get a little monetary support in these troubling times. Ive decided I need to get away to clear me head and reset. I am going to return and continue to grow my art buisness. And keep sharing my stories. Keep bringing joy to the world
