I am a survivor of three strokes on the left side of my brain as well as a brain aneurysm and surgery to repair it. The strokes happened last  November. While in the hospital they found out the reason for The strokes was I had potentially deadly bacteria growing on my mitral valve. Also discovered that I had a hole in my heart and that I needed a partial valve replacement. It is quite a miracle that I mean alive and thank God everyday. The wonderful folks at the University of Maryland downtown Baltimore literally saved my life. Although I am not paralyzed The strokes damage the right side of my body which causes pain and numbness. Because of this I am restricted from working and driving. I am very limited in what I can do. I have done all the right things and filled out all the paperwork to apply for disability through the state of Maryland. That was back in January and they are just now starting to process it. As you might imagine all of this is taking quite the toll on my lovely wife Angela and our daughter Eve. She has had to scramble around and do odd jobs just to barely make ends meet. We need a little help while waiting for disability to be approved thank you all for considering me and you're giving. God bless you all
