A message from Mark & Christa:
"Help Us To Help Others!
We need your generous help! For nearly 25 years we’ve been caring for survivors of human trafficking and helping the organizations that help them become more effective.
Our work empowers local leaders of modest, front-line organizations to figure out better ways to help trafficked people, refugees, vulnerable kids, and people of all genders struggling to survive on the margins.
We focus on smaller and medium-sized organizations (SMEs) because, as the business world knows, they have the most innovative solutions and the least room for waste. But smaller organizations lack the funds their leaders desperately need to be able to scale up to help more people succeed.
We’ve dedicated our entire adult lives to helping people help others better. Together, we have more than 60 years of professional and pastoral experience to share. As a Certified Executive Coach and award-winning expert in organizational and leadership development, Mark focuses on training, teaching, and mentoring, prioritizing female leaders and those struggling for freedom in Myanmar/Burma. Christa continues to use her legal/multidisciplinary background to create books and resources to advance freedom worldwide, and, as a community elder, imparts personal mentorship and soul care to help leaders and survivors, alike, keep going on the long, hard road towards freedom and flourishing.
We’ve helped organizations on nearly every continent. Most can’t afford to pay us, but we can’t cover travel costs on our own. A single plane ticket is often $1000, plus a whole lot more for several days’ food and lodging.
Next week, we have a unique opportunity to help a whole lot of leaders for a lot less money than a single individual trip would cost. We’ve been invited to join more than 50 organizations gathered for a 5-day, Asia-wide, anti-trafficking conference where Christa will moderate the plenary panels, and each of us will spend more than 20 hours of 1-1 time with existing and new mentees.
But, we need your help to be able to be part of it!
$1500 will get both of us to the conference (all costs included). If you wish to give more, it will enable us to provide ongoing help after the conference to those leaders who need it the most.
But we need help fast as the conference takes place February 2 – 6, and we literally can’t get there without your help.

Mark & Christa came to Ecuador to work with my team and it was life-changing for me as a leader and transformational for my team of Ecuadorian leaders. They are trustworthy, competent, kind humans that always make an impact no matter where they go. Please consider funding this ASAP so that they can make a difference in the lives of people who really need their help and support. All donations will go directly to Mark & Christa's bank account minus the Spotfund fee of 2.9% and .30 per gift. The funds will be used to cover all costs related to the trip to empower leaders.
