WHAT ARE THE PHASE GAMES?
The Phase Games is an "old school" field day that celebrates inclusion and community. Proceeds benefit the Phase Foundation, which provides inclusive health and wellness programming for youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE PHASE GAMES TAKE PLACE?

Saturday, September 20th. Location: TBD

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Everyone is welcome! We believe in inclusion and don't want to limit the Phase Games to just our friends and clients with intellectual disabilities. We want everyone to join in and experience the incredible athleticism and spirit of our differently abled participants. Teams will consist of two people.

HOW DO THE PHASE GAMES WORK?
Each team will:
• Choose a team name that reflects who they are.
• Be judged on athletic performance and style points-so creativity matters!
• Raise money-the team that raises the most wins the title of "Phase Games
Champion."
Think Savannah Bananas meets old-school field day-fun, energetic, and inclusive!

FUNDRAISING & SPONSORSHIP
• Each team must raise a minimum sponsorship of $1,000 to participate.
• Sponsorships can range from $1,000 to $5,000, and this total counts toward your
team's score.

*Check with Kevin Burke for benefits as you reach different sponsorship levels.*

Companies or individuals can:
• Sponsor their own team, or
• Sponsor a Phase Foundation team that includes our clients with special needs.

LEADING UP TO THE EVENT
• A kick-off reception will be held prior to the event. • Team photos will be taken before the reception and used for social media and our
website.
• Each team will receive a personal fundraising link to share with friends and family. Campaigns officially launch three weeks before game day, with active promotion on
social media and the event website.

AWARDS
The top fundraising team will be crowned the winner of the Phase Games.
A special award will be given to the most inspirational team.

ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE PHASE FOUNDATION.
