As some of you may know, my mom fell on December 10th and ended up breaking her hip. She had surgery that night and will be in the hospital for a few more days. She will then go to rehabilitation for a few weeks before she is able to go to my aunts house to finish recovery. She currently has no medical insurance. She worked 6 days a week and will be unable to work for most likely 6-8 weeks. If you know my mom, this will be hard for her as she is always on the go. My mom is not the type to ask for help, but is always willing to help anyone in any way that she can. Once she is released from rehabilitation she will have to continue PT to improve her strength. Any donations received will go towards her monthly bills, transportation to any future appointments and medical bills. We know the holidays are approaching and are aware money may be tight.
