Clay and Abbey have both been a part of my life for more than half my life. They both worked hard to have careers that spend a great deal of time educating children of all ages (both educational and developmental) and you can always find them playing with our friends’ kiddos. They have a deep love for each other and have built a beautiful life together. But they deeply want to expand their family and have been trying to for the last three years. Through countless testing, failed fertility treatments and Abbey having 9 miscarriages they’ve shared a whole lot of heartbreak in the process. After thoughtful prayer, conversations, and newly hopeful tears, they announced the big news…..
They’re adopting a baby!!

However, the adoption process is extremely expensive. Domestic, private adoption is anywhere from $30,000-55,000, depending on the agency and the birth parents’ situation. That cost is strictly to receive the child into your family and doesn’t include the cost of purchasing all the fun new baby things to prepare your home or even raise a child.
There was a t-shirt fundraising campaign that just ended to kickstart their adoption fund and they were SO blown away by all the support they received through that. However, I know many people who were wanting to wait to donate directly to Clay and Abbey and not purchase a t-shirt as well so I created this platform for those who wanted a different way to help!
