Subject: A Request for Hope and Help
Dear Friends,
I never imagined at 69 yr I would be writing this, but life has taken unexpected turns. I’m not asking for pity—only for kindness, prayers, or support if you’re able.
In 2015, I started over after a divorce, determined to build a better life. I worked hard, but a series of setbacks changed everything. I lost nearly all my savings trying to help someone I trusted. Years later, my youngest son came to live with me. He struggles with alcoholism and bipolar disorder. We fought together through detox programs, medications, and AA meetings. For a while, things looked hopeful.
Then came more challenges—job instability, mounting bills, and my own surgery. Recently, my son relapsed and is no longer living with me. I’m trying to find a cheaper and safer place to live, and a new job, but my 2015 car—the only way I can get to work—is breaking down. I’ve exhausted every option.
I share this because I believe in hope and community. If you can help—whether through a donation, sharing this message, or simply sending a prayer—I would be deeply grateful. Every bit of support brings me closer to stability and a chance to rebu
ild.
Thank you,
