Our family has recently been hit with a major and unexpected hardship. What began as a roof replacement due to severe carpenter ant damage and decaying wood has now uncovered an even larger issue. During the repair process, mold was discovered throughout the attic. Unfortunately, the attic has little to no ventilation and is extremely difficult to access, making proper remediation and repair far more extensive than we ever imagined.
We are now facing the devastating reality of needing to replace the roof again and complete major attic and mold repairs to make our home safe. The costs have quickly become overwhelming, and we are at a loss trying to manage this unexpected financial burden.
