Hello, I’m Arthur. On February 27th, 2026, my life took an unexpected turn when I suffered a heart attack due to a complete blockage in one of my arteries. Having always been in good health, this was a frightening experience. Thankfully, insurance helped with the major medical expenses, but I ended up using all my savings to cover medications, follow-up appointments, and other bills. It’s been a tough road, but I managed to keep things afloat. Recently, I hit another bump in the road—or rather, my car did. The engine suffered significant damage due to a burnt valve. The repair costs are more than $4,000, and I just don't have the funds. Given that my car is essential for getting me to work every day, I'm genuinely worried about losing my job. I’ve always prided myself on being self-reliant and helping others any way I can. Asking for help doesn’t come easily to me, frankly, it feels a bit humiliating. But with my current situation, I find myself in a position where I have no choice. I’m reaching out, hoping for a little kindness from those who understand what it's like to go through tough times. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. It means a lot to know that there are people who care.
