After attending our church for a couple of years, Josh and I both decided to enroll in the School of the New Testament (SNT) at our church, the Square in Smyrna. It is a program that inductively studies the New Testament. We loved it sooo much that we came back to staff the 2025–2026 school year. :)
Another one of the Square's prominent schools is SBS (School of Biblical Studies), which is a partner of YWAM ATL. It's an accredited 9-month program, but instead of studying just the New Testament, SBS is an inductive study of the entire Bible - Old and New Testament. SBS is an intensive, full-time program that takes a deep dive into the Word of God. It is significantly more demanding than SNT, and I honestly never thought I would enroll. But God seems to have had other plans, and I have officially enrolled for the 2026–2027 school year (!!!!). We are incredibly excited and truly believe this season will strengthen and equip our family for the years to come. The knowledge and skills I will gain through this course will prepare us for whatever future in ministry the Lord calls us to.
Because of the financial cost of the program and the work I'll need to step back from during the school year, we are raising support for my tuition.
