Brandon Scott Langley Sr. (Scotty) very unexpectedly passed away on September 10 at the age of 59. We are all heartbroken about losing this father, brother, uncle, friend, and all out great guy. Scott’s pride and joy were his children , and his death has left the family reeling. An extremely caring mensch, Scott devoted himself to his children and his and to his community both in Dallas and Athens, Texas where he grew up and lived for many years. His focus was always on his family and he wanted nothing more than to see his children grow up and succeed in school and in life.
Scott’s family could now use some financial support to get through the coming months as his passing has left a huge hole in their lives, not only emotionally but also financially. Please consider making a gift in Scott’s memory to the thing he most cared about -- his children . Any donation in support of these children would be the best way we can think of to honor his memory.
Some of these funds will be put towards basic and immediate life needs, but we do hope to put a portion away so that the children can continue their education and one day attend college, as Scott hoped they would. His oldest son will be his benefactor. Unfortunately Scott had no life insurance
