My name is Bilal. I am a married man from Gaza, and today I am reaching out with hope after everything my family and I have endured.
Since the war began, our lives have been turned upside down. We have been displaced three times from our home in Rafah, forced to flee repeatedly in search of safety. Each displacement meant leaving behind what little we had, starting over with nothing, and facing even greater uncertainty. We have lost the security of our home and now struggle every day simply to survive.
Food is scarce, clean water is difficult to find, medical care is limited, and the economic situation has become unbearable. Every day is a fight to secure the most basic necessities for our family.
The greatest concern in my life is my wife. She is pregnant and needs proper nutrition, medical care, and a safe environment, but these basic necessities have become extremely difficult to provide. As a husband, it is heartbreaking to watch the person I love go through pregnancy under such devastating conditions while feeling powerless to protect her and our unborn child.
I created this fundraiser because I want to give my family a chance to survive with dignity. Your support will help us obtain food, clean drinking water, medicine, prenatal care, and other essential daily needs during this incredibly difficult time.
