The Healing Path LLC, dba The Healing Path Wellness Center & Retreat, is a holistic wellness center located south of St. Louis in Arnold, Missouri. Our mission is to be a haven of peace for our clients to unwind and destress with like-minded folk in a calm and soothing setting where they can engage in holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, reiki and crystal energy balancing and very soon, massage and acupuncture. The company is solely owned and operated by Kimberly Orphan. I have invested approx. $150,000 in this endeavor to build out and outfit the space and to get the business up and running. We opened partially in July 2023 and are awaiting the remainder of our build out materials (movable partition walls and front desk) to finish the space and open fully. Due to delays in getting our build out materials, we were delayed getting started by 4 months and again have not been able to open fully. I'm now out of funds to continue to go forward, as some the funds that I had set aside for the first several months of business, had to be used just to pay bills that we had before opening. I need help to remain open until we can get a steady and sizable client base established. It is happening, though not as quickly as one would hope...which is not unusual for a start up.
