My name is Cyndel Pagan and on June 3 of 2023 my world went upside down, what was suppose to be a good day turned out to be the worst day of my life. On this day my oldest daughter graduated from kindergarten and child protection service removed all my children from my home due to head injuries that were found in the hospital on my youngest daughter who at the time was 11 months old. All my children my oldest daughter who is 6 my son who is now 2 and my youngest were all placed in foster care. Me also being pregnant at the time and never had a criminal record never been incarcerated doesn’t take drugs and always worked, I was terminated my parental rights without being offer a case plan the system just decided to remove and now terminate my rights. Since then I was working a at home remotely job while attending appointments for myself due to my pregnancy and going to court trying to fight and still fighting to get my children back the system didn’t want to hear me out I cooperated with the detectives and provided my cellphone when a search warrant on my phone was granted by the detectives at my home. I let the detectives know I need to use the phone due to making calls for appointments and when CPS and my lawyer reaches out as well as my emails sent up through my phone for any jobs they didn’t seem to care and told me I had to figure it out I was treated poorly. I had to get a new phone and make sure I can still find work and find a way to get numbers back from my contacts. I was hired for a job remotely on July 11th and than I was laid off on September 20th. Since than I been trying to get help on what to do being pregnant and how to get a new job I reached out everywhere for help even public assistance but nothing and no one seems to want to help me. Than on September 29th I was admitted in the hospital due to almost having a rupture on my uterus and gave birth to a premature baby again at 33 weeks. I just ask for whatever help I can get till I get back on my feet I just had an emergency c section and I have a 8-12 week recovery I been asking and fighting for help and no one seems to want to listen or help me. Please spread the word I ask for any little help this is the toughest and hardest thing I ever have gone through. Thank You
