As a private person, I find it difficult to be at this place in my life, but I am truly at a point where I must share and reach out for help. I am not good at asking for help like this but I need it now more than ever. I am hopeful this will help the positive outcome for my little family and I to keep our home. I'm facing foreclosure and my family and I can't turn this around on my own.
Here's the story: The children's father abandoned us, moved away to lived Bay Area for months and stopped paying the bills. As a deaf stay-at-home mom of three small children, I had to open new utility accounts, pay past bills and keep my children fed and clothes. We have been in court for two years, the court granted me joint custody of the children but the children live with me most of time. He refused to make any settlement with me to keep the house for the children. He filed bankruptcy and tried to kick the children and I on the street while I tried to reach an agreement with him, he refused. I had to file against to him for the Civil Harassment Registration Order to stop emotional, harassment and verbal. And he also violated the court orders. I have gone to a lot of courts to save the house but now I need help.
So, I come to you now with this request...PLEAS HELP ME SAVE OUR HOME! To avoid foreclosure, I need to raise a sizable amount of funds to pay the past due mortgage amount before they proceed with the process.
