Treasured son, grandson, nephew, brother and friend.
Zachariah Marcus Abrams, born January 27, 2000, passed away peacefully surrounded by his mother and father, girlfriend and close friends at Long Island Jewish Medical Center the evening of January 22, 2024, following a very rare cancer diagnosis.
Survived by his mother, Laura Margaret Abrams DeCasper and father Michael James DeCasper of Gifford, PA., grandmother Linda L. Abrams of Gifford, PA, uncle Jason Abrams (Robin) of Gifford, PA, aunt Lisa Abrams Burdick (Mark) of Mt. Jewett PA, close cousins Blayke Geer (Eric) of Mt. Jewett, PA.,Tyler Burdick (Abby) of Mt. Jewett, PA., and Jacob Abrams (Brooke) of Gifford, PA., sister Maddison Schoonover, girlfriend Ashley Fearon, step-grandmother Kay DeCasper, step-uncle Christopher DeCasper, step-brothers: Tom (Destiny) DeCasper, Garret (Sydney) DeCasper and Jacob (Mariah) DeCasper as well as many special friends. Preceded in death by his grandfather, John H. Abrams.
Zachariah was a graduate of Bradford Area HS, class of 2018. He also attended Smithport Area School District as well as Cuba-Rushford School District. Zachariah made lasting friendships wherever he was.
In 2019 he set off to NYC to pursue his dreams and feed his musical gift. While there, Zachariah was able to work with many multifaceted artists, honing their sound and creating amazing musical works. In this short time, he built a small empire on his own creating significant business and beautiful personal relationships along the way. His determination and passion for music was incredible. Zachariah's musical talents were described as nothing short of genius. His self-made business, 1080Z productions, allowed him to work with a magnitude of artists locally and internationally.

He was loved so greatly by all he touched. He truly was a pure soul with compassion, determination, integrity, dedication and grace. He will be missed beyond measure, but his legacy shall live on in his music and in the love we all have for him.




Proceeds are going toward funeral costs, travel expenses, as well as support for his mother Laura Margaret Abrams DeCasper.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Hilltop Baptist Church in Gifford, PA on Sunday, February 11,2024 at 2PM.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Hospital and Germ Cell Cancer Research.
