Help Give This Sweet Mare a Peaceful Goodbye
We are asking for your help to give this gentle mare the compassion and dignity she deserves.
She was purchased from a kill buyer, due to her suffering from extensive melanomas. The tumors are visible on the outside, and we fear they have spread internally as well. They affect her throat, mouth, and other areas of her body. Despite everything, she remains incredibly kind, gentle, and kind.
The most humane option is to peacefully euthanize her before her condition worsens and she begins to suffer. The vet will already be on-site for paperwork, giving us the opportunity to spare her a painful decline.
We're raising funds to cover the cost of her veterinary exam, humane euthanasia, and aftercare. Every dollar donated will go directly toward these expenses. If we raise more than needed, any remaining funds will be used to help other horses in need.
