Hello, my name is Elias Charon. I am a master guru of canine psychology, education, rescue rehabilitation, behavior modification, canine communication and socialization. I have been working in the doggy daycare and training industries for over 10 years at over 15 facilities, nationwide. I have successfully trained, rehabilitated, socialized and worked with almost 6000 dogs in my career of all breeds & temperaments. I am a dog dad of 4 rescue dogs myself. I am also neurodivergent, which gives me superhero like powers when it comes to helping dogs overcome issues & learn to thrive!
I am seeking capital in order to open own rescue sanctuary and canine canine academy, which will be the safest and most transparent facility available to our community. Once the first facility is open, I will soon be able to franchise and completely revolutionize the dog care and training industries!
I thrive in educating parents about canine psychology, giving them the tools they need to build both confidence and obedience simultaneously with their pooch. Once the doors are open I will be able to broadcast live daily and share my knowledge of canine education and rehabilitationwith dog parents all over the world via my social media platforms!
With my extensive history of working for many different employers in both the dog daycare and dog training industries, I have seen some horrible practices by my competitors in doggy daycare, with other dog trainers as well as with local shelters. There’s a lot of shadiness that’s going on behind closed doors in both industries, including neglect, abuse, unsafe environments, uneducated workers, anxiety, dog fights, human bites and worse. Statically, at least one dog is killed in a daycare / training facility every day in the USA. It is my goal to revolutionize the industries together by being the most transparent and throughout canine behaviorist our community has ever seen.
The shelter system along with those who fund it (like the ASPCA, PETA & the Humane Society for example) has much corruption. CEO’s pocket millions of donation dollars while they simultaneously euthanize million of animals, many of them young and healthy, just terrified of lacking a home. Dogs especially do not benefit from the current structure in the shelter system, locked alone in cages in an environment that smells like abandonment & fear. Dogs can smell and hear the anxiety of other dogs, resulting in extreme fear, stress, behavior issues and reactivity for everyone. Dogs are pack animals and want to be with other dogs. Social settings are where dogs learn to thrive in confidence & obedience. The entire structure of the shelter system needs to be revamped to set up all the animals for success, eliminating fear and most importantly educating the parents. Revolutionizing this system can and will save millions of lives from being abandoned and then put to sleep.
It is my passion to provide the top most of quality service to all of my clients, making sure my pack of dogs is absolutely the safest and most confident pack of dogs in the entire canine daycare and training industry. Rehabilitating and socializing rescue dogs while educating the human parents is absolutely my calling, while my strong leader ship and life skills provide me the ability to lead a new company to the top of the industry within the next few years. I have huge goals of franchising one day and providing my quality of education and safety to dogs and their parents nationwide, as well as dogs all of the world.
My methods of teaching breakdown canine communication into the language they speak so we can become canines ourselves. I am actively advocating against bad practice; you will never see me put an electronic shock collar or prong collar on a dog. These inhumane tools are not needed whatsoever once we learn how to “speak dog” to our dogs.
My future canine sanctuary and academy will actively be working with local rescues in shelters to help get dogs out of cages and crates an into a healthy pack settings where they can build socialization skills as well as confidence, setting both them and their future humans up for success.
The sooner, the better! Thousands of dogs get put down every single day at shelters because they lack advocation through education! Some shelters give abandoned & terrified rescues only 72 hours to be adopted before getting euthanized. We can change this by bringing education to the forefront of the dog world through the iHeartCanines brand!
Donating to my cause will save the lives of thousands of dogs that otherwise could possibly get euthanized without the proper rehabilitation and education on their side. I can transform the extreme case dogs other companies and trainers turn away.
