For those of you that don't know him, Brice Worley is a sweet and kind hearted young man who's unfortunately been dealt a bad hand. He is 16yrs old, a junior at Batavia High School, the middle of 3 brothers, and has been battling an inoperable brain tumor for several years now. You would never guess it though. He is strong and so positive about life! He doesn't let it control him. 3 years ago the tumor was found, and with treatments, they were able to shrink it and keep it at bay...until a month ago. Unfortunately new growth was found deep inside the old tumor, and it's at the brain stem. His treatment options are minimal. He just finished up a couple weeks of radiation and in 2 weeks will start his final treatment option, a new chemotherapy drug. While we hope and pray that the treatment is a success, there is no quarantee. Brice and his family could use all of our prayers, positive thoughts, healing vibes...whatever you believe will help him in his journey. As everyone can imagine, with any kind of medical treatments, comes overwhelming bills. I am hoping that we can financially help this beautiful family as they enter into the unknown...again. Any donation, small or large, will be so greatly appreaciated! I would love to help ease their financial burdens so that they can put all of their attention and energy into Brice and their family. Thank you in advance for your prayers, thoughts and donations❤️

Sorry I haven’t updated in a while, please forgive me. I, first want to say thank you to everyone. There are no words to describe the overwhelming feeling of love from all around🥰
This update is from Tami, Brice’s mom…
Brice’s last mri, done in early September, showed the new tumor all but gone, making the tumor more than stable. The Dr.’s were very pleased. Brice continues to take the chemo medication and his body is doing great. His side effects have been minimal although he recently had a scare with his kidney function. His team jumped in and was on it immediately. Brice has to remember to drink water, a lot of water. This was hard time for Brice, he was scared of having kidney failure. But in Brice’s true nature, he asked the Dr. a lot of questions on kidney function. He also asked his palliative care nurse about diet and how much water he should be drinking to avoid kidney failure. Brice is such a beautiful spirit, he doesn’t linger too long on one thing and is always willing to do his part. He is such a fighter! No child should have to worry about these things! Good news, his labs were great! His kidneys are doing what they need to be doing. Dr. Waanders told Brice she is so pleased with how well he’s handling the medication and his last mri was better than expected, and he needs to keep planning for his future. Thank you Jesus🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Brice’s next MRI is Dec. 21st. We’re very hopeful!

In the midst of all Brice’s medical appointments, we also had so much to celebrate. We had a fundraiser that “Rocked!” We are so thankful to everyone who came out and celebrated Brice with us, and very thankful for all of you who ordered carry out, bought raffle tickets and donated to Brice, for his future.
November 7th was declared Brice Worley Day in Batavia, our hometown! His palliative care team presented Brice and his story to the head of their team, and Brice and our family will now be featured in their Palliative Care brochures. What an incredible honor! We’ve also been featured in Glancer Magazine and WGN did a story on our story. These stories brought so much attention to Brice. We’ve been gifted 2 weeks in Hawaii, by 2 very lovely and generous families. We are so grateful and feel blessed beyond words.
Brice is truly living his best life. He’s happy, he’s healthy and he’s living! That is God’s Grace for sure. From the bottom of his heart, he thanks you all!
Thank you for your time, your prayers, your well wishes, your kind words and all of your generous donations. It is felt, and it is carrying us as we navigate through this journey we are on. We love you and we pray blessings on you all.💜
Be blessed, Tami

Brice and his family want to start by thanking every single one of you that has donated to his fundraiser🥰 It is very much appreciated and helps them to be able to put their energy toward Brice, his treatments and his healing. And for all of you that have prayed for and sent healing vibes…keep it up because it’s working!!!!! His latest MRI showed that the tumor is stable and shows no sign of new activity! He will continue with chemo treatments to keep the tumor stable. Again, thank you all for everything! 💜
